News 10: Dormant and active accounts will not be reinstated

We have noticed that some of accounts were rendered inaccessible during recent transition which may have raised concerns among our valuable customers. As all current term deposits have already been cancelled and paid out ahead of scheduled maturity, we deem it would make little sense in reinstating a tiny portion of affected accounts. Because of the tightened security policy all accounts, active or dormant, created prior to transitioning can no longer be used for opening term deposits.
After careful consideration of viable options we have come to the conclusion:
1) we recommend users facing troubles with logging in to their accounts create new ones with any credentials they want;
2) if you are able to log in and wish to open a term deposit, please proceed to creating a new account anyway.
