Currently a handful or so of payment processor(s) are accepted by SETI®. We expect the list to be expanded some time later. If you do not use any of the currently supported payment processor(s), we recommend you check back from time to time to see if additional payment processor(s) has/have been approved and put into service by SETI®.

It's quite easy and convenient. Look for Sign Up link on SETI® main page, click it and proceed, abiding by the onscreen tips.

Log in to your SETI® Systems Dashboard using your username and password and follow the onscreen tips in the ‘Withdraw’ section.
What is the typical timeframe for Term Deposit approval?
Time needed for approval depends on the payment processor involved in transaction. In particular, Bitcoin deposits need to be confirmed by Blockchain nodes. The process is independent of SETI®, but can be accelerated by paying a higher commission fee to cover the transaction processing costs imposed by involved nodes.
Please note that neither Bitcoin Term Deposits nor withdrawals in cryptocurrency are on SETI® support list as of actual FAQ revision.
How can I change my e-mail address or password?
Sign In to your SETI® Systems Dashboard and click on the ‘Account Information’. There you can reset your password and/or change it for a new one. For this action to be complete you need to click the confirmation link in the email which will be sent to your e-mail address. If you do not receive an email from us within 15 minutes, check SPAM box, or reconfigure filters and retry resetting password again.
Where is accrued interest accumulated?
Accruals are listed on your SETI® Systems account balance.
How is interest rate calculated?
Investment opportunity offered by SETI® Systems allows for fixed interest accrual to facilitate planning of investment cycles and improve financial management. Current interest rate of Investment Pack 1r5 is set at 0,1% with accruals occurring solely on working days. Term duration is set at 320 calendar days. Term Deposit Principal remains on your account balance upon term expiration. The monthly interest rate thus roughly approximates 3,3%.
What is a Term Deposit?
Term Deposit assumes the client’s money is put into financial institution’s account for a fixed term, ranging usually from 1 month to 5 years. Term Deposit mostly incurs a fixed interest rate (though depending on particular agreement the interest rate may be subject to raise during maturity period). Term Deposit incurs interest calculation and addition upon maturity set in the agreement. Once placed, a Term Deposit may not be switched to a shorter or longer term, neither the interest rate may be changed (except cases of unforeseeable inflation which are defined in the agreement). Cancellation of Term Deposit leads to loss of all interest and incurs a fee to be set by the financial institution.
Is there a minimum amount which can be requested for withdrawal?
The minimum amount for withdrawal is set at $2.
Should your account balance be lower than that, we recommend you waiting until the aforementioned threshold requirements are met.
What is SETI® policy for outbound transactions?
We aim to process validated requests for outbound transactions within about 22 working days. Depending on request volume, infrastructure aptitude, the timeframe may reach or supersede this threshold, but in most cases outbound transaction requests are not delayed for that long.
